With a journey rooted in personal transformation, Marjorie left the pressures of corporate life to discover the healing powers of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Ayurveda. Through these holistic practices, nutrition, and movement, she overcame numerous health challenges and learned that managing life's pressures was essential to restoring physical and emotional well-being.
Inspired to help other women, Marjorie has dedicated the last 25 years to teaching Yoga and Ayurveda through classes, workshops, and international retreats. She developed the PeriCycle Lift to support women through the peri/menopause transition, offering online coaching for groups and individuals. Through simple yet impactful teachings, she empowers women to become stewards of their health.
